Our Story

Zilker Properties is nestled in the heart of Austin, near its namesake, Zilker Park, in iconic 78704. Peach and Cynthia Reynolds started in the Austin real estate market in 1985 as Kaleido Properties and have cultivated a reputation for a personal, relaxed, no-pressure buying and selling experience. In 2021, they rebranded and merged Kaleido Properties with their vacation rental company, Zilker Vacations, to become Zilker Properties of Austin. Along with their team, they’re now best equipped to help with all real estate needs.
